Residece Mare ist von der Autobahn A14 einfach zu erreichen. Autobahnabfahrt Macerata-Civitanova Marche ca. 11 km weiter auf der Staatsstraße SS 16 Richtung Pescara;  Autobahnabfahrt Fermo-Porto San Giorgio ca 7 km weiter auf der Staatsstraße SS16 Richtung Ancona. Mit dem Zug: Zielbahnhof  Fermo/Porto San Giorgio noch 4 km; Zielbahnhof Porto Sant’Elpidio noch 3 km.
