The tourist village "Residence Mare", located in Lido San Tommaso di Fermo, a residential area along the seafront of the city of Fermo, is a familiar and quiet environment due to its restricted size. It is recommended for families and couples who are looking for a quiet, cordial and neat place to spend their holidays. It is also provided with direct access to a mixed pebble/sand beach. The 24 two/three-room apartments come with parking facilities adjacent to the accommodations and are entirely furnished: double bedroom , bedroom with bunk beds, bathroom with shower and kitchen with dishwater and cutlery. The apartments on the ground floor offer a wide furnished veranda while as those on the first floor (built in 2008) are larger and have a balcony from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the coast between Fermo and Porto San Giorgio. Regretfully, pets are not allowed in the structure during the period 31/07 - 28/08 and at other times, they are only allowed in the village, but not on the beach. Entertainment (which is guaranteed in the period between 19/06 an 28/08) is mainly focused on children / teenagers. The free playground facilities (available to all the guests) consist of:

- a swimming pool

- a football / volleyball / basketball court

- a ping-pong table

- a bowling green

- a children's area with slides and swings.
