Apartments: The price quotations of the apartments (per week) cover: electricity, gas, hot and cold water, end-of-stay cleaning, one parking space, use of the swimming pool, the multi-purpose soccer-volleyball-basketball field, the ping-pong table,the bowling alley and 2 beach beds + 1 beach umbrella. It is responsibility of the tenant to clean up the kitchenette before leaving. If he/she fails to do so, an amount of €20.00 will be charged to cover the extra service.

Optional paid services: Extra single bed in the apartments: € 70.00 per bed per week (excluding children less than 5 years old at the time of the stay) ; Laundry rental (excluding blankets): € 10.00 per person per week. The laundry must be requested at the time of reservation or before arrival;

Stay and reservation: The stay is from Saturday to the following Saturday; Check-in hours: 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm. Check-out hours: within 9:00 am. Reservations must be made via e-mail or fax, subsequent to which a deposit fee (equal to 40% of the total amount due) must be paid by the client. The balance will be settled at the time of arrival, with the addition of €50.00 as non-interest bearing legal deposit that will be returned at the end of stay, unless damage has been caused to the property. Early departures, for any reason, will not receive refunds. In the event of cancellation, the rules indicated in the regulation apply.

Camping: The price quotations of the camping (per day) cover: use of cold water, the swimming pool (paid entrance in August), the multi-purpose soccer-volleyball-basketball field, the ping-pong table and the bowling alley.
