Extra single bed in the 4 persons apartments at the first floor is € 10,00 per day (excluding children less than 4 years old).
The quotations of the apartments include:
- electricity, gas and hot/cold water;
- use of the swimming pool and of the playgrounds;
- parking space.
End of stay cleaning (fixed obligatory cost) is € 40,00.
Access to mini-apartments is not allowed before 16:00 hours on the day of arrival and the mini-apartments must be vacated by 09:00 hours on day of departure (unless otherwise agreed).
Laundry rental (not required): sheets, bed covers (excluding blankets) and towels € 10,00 per person per week. The laundry must be required at the time of reservation or before arrival.
Beach equipment rental (not required):
1 beach bed + 1 beach umbrella
€ 30,00 / 1 week - € 55,00 / 2 weeks - € 75,00 / 3 weeks
2 beach beds + 1 beach umbrella
€ 45,00 / 1 week - € 83,00 / 2 weeks - € 110,00 / 3 weeks
Reservations can be made via e-mail or fax. The advance fee is 30% of the total of the stay. The balance will be settled at the time of arrival.
Delays in arrival and early departures will not receive refunds or reductions in price, and the total duration of your stay must be paid in full. In the event of cancellation, which must always be via registered letter, we will retain the deposit as follows:
- 10% if the cancellation is within 60 days prior to arrival.
- 50% if the cancellation is between 59 days and 30 days prior to arrival.
- 100% if notice is given less than 29 days prior to arrival.
