The Residence Mare, tourist village, is located in Lido San Tommaso di Fermo, a residential area along the seafront in Fermo, it is a modern structure, characterized by familiarity and tranquility, as it is small. With direct access to the pebble and sand beach, it is recommended to the families and couples who are looking for a quiet, cordial and tidy place. The 24 three room apartments have the parking area adjacent to the accomodation and they are completely furnished: double bedroom, bedroom with bunk-beds, bathroom with shower and kitchen with all the crockery. Those on the ground floor offer a wide-furnished veranda while, those on the first floor (built in 2008) are larger and they have a balcony from which you have a splendid view over the Fermo seacoast until Porto San Giorgio. Pets are not allowed in the residence during the period "E". While during the other periods they can not access to the beach. The entertainment (guaranteed in the seasons "R" and "E") considers above all the children-teenagers needs without leaving out the adults. There is a free six-a-side football pitch, a volleyball court, ping-pong, a bowling green, the children's area with slides and swings available to everybody.
